  • Are your products authentic?
    Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We provide Certificates of Authentication from the brand and original packaging to ensure you experience the full luxury unboxing experience.
  • What delivery options do you offer?
    Yes, we offer delivery options within Trinidad. Common delivery locations include major shopping centres and plazas such as West Mall, Grand Bazaar, Price Plaza, Extra Plaza, C3, East Gates, and Southpark Mall. If you need a different location, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply add the items you are interested in to your cart and proceed to checkout by entering your details. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  • What if the product I want is not available on the website?
    If you are interested in a product that is not listed on our website, please send us an email or message us via our social media channels. Our team will provide you with a quotation and assist you in acquiring the item.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times depend on the destination. For local orders within Trinidad, shipping takes approximately 7-8 days. For regional orders, shipping takes around 10 days. These are estimated times, and we strive to ship orders as efficiently and quickly as possible.
  • I have placed my order, what is next?
    After you have placed your order, we will confirm the items via email. Once this is done, the order will be shipped to you.
